The Bella Company, Inc. was founded in 2004 by Rick Orrico. The primary purpose of establishing the company was to build an organization based on the genuineness of its employees wanting to help Salon Owners and Stylists become more knowledgeable and successful in their daily business practices.

In order to achieve the company’s objectives, Rick welcomed into the business two key associates that are very much involved in daily operations: Dave Uzelac, Vice President of Sales and Mike Orrico, Vice President of Marketing. It’s this team of three that drives the business today making a difference with each customer that they touch.

We are building a company today that is fully committed to helping the independent salon become more successful. The beauty business today is experiencing significant change at every level of the industry from manufacturing through distribution and into salons. Consolidation in the industry is thriving, which is creating much confusion
and doubt with many Salon Owners and Stylists. Too many changes with products and representation along with
a severe diversion problem have caused a shift of consumers away from salons for professional haircare products. Salons are losing consumers everyday…their businesses cannot compete with mass merchandisers that have distinct marketing advantages from same manufacturers.

We created Bella with the purpose of supporting independent Salons and Stylists. The companies and manufacturers we represent are committed to our same philosophy. Together, we offer Salons and Stylists products and education that give them a competitive advantage and create a shift of consumers back to the salon for their professional haircare needs.

Our belief is that if we help salons build their business and become more successful…we will create a loyalty to our company based on professional integrity and honesty. We are a company that is driven by client satisfaction. The more successful that salon becomes the more successful we become. It’s a win-win for each of us.

The Bella Company today consists of over 20 employees. We bring our products and education to market through a sales team that covers The State of Michigan. We have one store location which is located at 47705 West Road, B103, Wixom, Michigan.
